Positive: The ambience…loved the lighting, the cookery books…the house was very comfortable equipped with everything we needed! Lovely neighbours!
Negative: Minor points only…no toilet roll holder and the bifold door lock requires some attention as it was very loose.

Well equipped, high spec and great location
Positive: Very well equipped and excellent location just a short stroll into Chester centre
Negative: I can see that parking could be difficult for some although we had no issues during our stay
At the time of our stay the baby gate didn’t seem to work and/or we couldn’t find a suitable location to fit

Positive: Great location, lovely house. Very well furnished and kitted out.
Negative: No broadband for the whole weekend and subsequently could not watch TV. No signal on our phones (O2) so we were a unable to search for anything as no WiFi either.

Central stay in luxurious comfort
Positive: The house was beautiful, well equipped and luxurious. The surroundings of the house were pretty and the neighbours pleasant and it was within easy walking distance of Chester centre. We were two mature adults, a child and a dog so at times the front room was very cosy.
Negative: I don’t really want to criticise but it would not be fair to point out that at times the house was cold with little heating upstairs. Also, being unfamiliar with the local narrow roads and cars parked on either side of the road, passage down the road was worrisome. I appreciate the guidance to park on a surrounding street but it wasn’t really practical.
